Bringing A Community Together
We welcome sponsorships from businesses, individuals, and families! When you connect with American Academy - Motsenbocker through an annual sponsorship, you are supporting the educational goals of the school and the children within your own community. Your sponsorship helps to create new programs, purchase supplies, equipment, and technology that are not covered within the school’s operating budget. For every donation made, no matter the amount, there is a direct benefit to the school's educational plan, which positively impacts the students and the community!
NEW for 2023-2024
The AAMB PTO has created sponsorship opportunities. Families and/or small businesses that sponsor the PTO will be marketed at the PTO events and throughout the year on PTO marketing materials. We have five levels of sponsorship opportunities. The PTO hosts various events throughout the year and supports the administration in hosting various events such as: 1st Responders Day, Veteran’s Day Breakfast, Janitorial Appreciation Day, Cafeteria Appreciation Day, Trunk or Treat Candy etc. This sponsorship would be used to support these events at the school.
A $500 sponsorship would cover one of the following events. If you or your family would like to sponsor a specific event, please notify the PTO directly with which event you would like to sponsor:
- Teacher Appreciation Lunch Jimmy Johns
- Administrators Day Appreciation Lunch
- Teacher Appreciation Bagels
- Daddy Daughter Dance DJ
A $750 sponsorship would cover one of the following events. If you or your family would like to sponsor a specific event, please notify the PTO directly with which event you would like to sponsor:
- Coffee Cart Teacher Appreciation Week
- Coffee Cart 1st Day of School Elementary School
- Coffee Cart 1st Day of School Middle School
- Teacher Appreciation Lunch Qdoba
A gold sponsorship would cover various events that the PTO hosts throughout the school year. If you or your family would like to sponsor a specific event, please notify the PTO directly with which event you would like to sponsor:
- Teacher Appreciation Lunch Red Robin
- 1st Responders Lunch Red Robin
- New furniture staff lounge
- Trunk or Treat Events (Candy, Kona Ice Truck)
ALL STAR Big Event Sponsor: $2,500
This sponsorship would be to cover the costs of the PTO hosting the Big Event Spring Soirée. By sponsoring the event, all funds raised by the PTO in the silent and live auction would go directly to the school vs toward hosting the event. All sponsors will be marketed at the event and in materials distributed by the PTO with event details.
All Star Field Day T-Shirt Sponsor: $2,500
This sponsorship would cover the costs of the 2024 field day shirts for all AAMB students. All-star sponsors will be marketed at the big event and in marketing materials sent out by the PTO during the school year.
All Star Hallway Cork Display Strips Sponsor: $2,500
This sponsorship would cover the costs of installing new cork displays in the American Academy hallways.
The American Academy - Motsenbocker PTO commits to use all donations in a responsible manner.
