We love having families, volunteers, and guests on our campuses, and we want getting into the building to be as quick, easy, and secure as possible! That’s why we strongly encourage all AA families—especially those who regularly volunteer or attend school events—to download the Raptor Safe App.

The app works with the same secure visitor management system we use at each campus. Once you download the app and verify your identity by scanning your license, you’ll have a personal QR code ready to use. When you arrive at school, simply open the app, scan your QR code at the kiosk, and your visitor badge will print within seconds!

And it’s not just for everyday visits and volunteering. We’ll also be using the Raptor Safe App to help streamline check-in for upcoming school events. For certain events, families will be able to pre-register ahead of time and access an event-specific QR code in the app—making arrival and entry much faster and easier.

Taking a few minutes to get set up now can save time later, reduce lines during busy events, and help our front office teams keep everyone moving while maintaining our important school safety procedures.

Learn more about the Raptor Safe App, then follow the steps below to get started.

1. Find the Raptor Safe App in your App Store or however you normally download apps.

2. Follow the prompts to set up your account. You will need your government issued ID for this part. 

3. After your all set up, you'll see a screen that says Welcome! You will access your personal QR code at the bottom of that page to scan at the kiosk each time you are on site. It's quick and it's easy!
