At the recent Board of Directors (BOD) meeting, the BOD began to formalize the process for the hiring of the permanent Executive Director of Schools (EDS). The position will be posted in mid-December, both internally and externally to allow for a broad candidate pool.

As the Board progresses through the hiring of the next EDS in the coming months, we will be providing opportunities to hear from both our parents and staff. One such opportunity is a survey asking parents and staff to prioritize characteristics you want to see in the next EDS for American Academy.
