Logging into AA-Clever at Home:
- Download Chrome browser on any device (PC, Apple, Tablet)
- Once in browser, create a new profile by clicking on the circle up in the top right corner. It could be a picture of a grey silhouette or have a letter.
If you are setting Chrome up for the very first time, please skip to step 4
- Click on the ‘+Add’ at the bottom of the column
- Set up your new Chrome profile screen and click ‘Sign In’
- Sign into Chrome by using your AA username [email protected].
AA username can be found in your student’s red folder. Last name, first initial, middle initial @aak8.org. Some student might have a number after their middle initial

Type in your password of 6-digit student number (lunch number) Number can be found in student's red folder
Example: 123456aacp or 123456aamb or 123456aalm
- You will receive a “Welcome to your new profile or account” page Click the blue “I understand” if setting up new account. Please click the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom right corner
- You will receive a “Turn on Sync?” page. Please click the blue “Yes, I’m in” button at the bottom right corner
- You will then be taken to the American Academy Clever tab at the top of the browser.
- Click the Clever tab and you will see a white box that says American Academy. Please click the Google “G-Log in with Google”
- This will now take you to the AA-Clever page. Students have already entered and saved passwords for Student Quick Links and Apps. The only quick link that will not sync is Think Central. You will have to fill in the drop boxes and save at home. Please click the little box that says “Remember my school”. Click ‘Log In’. You will have to click “Log In” every time you enter this site. Your child’s username and password has saved at school. If a box appears in the top right corner asking you to save, please do.
